Brent Sealey Biography
Trinidad and Tobago born and New York raised, Brent Sealey, is a new up and coming artist who brings a fresh and new anointing to Gospel music like never before. Not wanting to be compared with others, Brent would like to be known as a Minister who touches lives and creates life altering “Change” through his lyrics, which infuse “Deliverance and Destiny.” Brent began singing at the age of seven, and has since shared the Gospel at a wide array of venues from Senior Citizens homes to the extravagant Carnegie Hall and the World Famous Apollo theatre in Harlem, NY. The versatile singer and songwriter’s music ranges from Gospel to R&B, Soul and Reggae music which has led to a tour in Trinidad and Tobago making prime-time television appearances on “Synergy TV” with host Jason Williams, and also Synergy Nights with host Ms. Fiola. Other appearances include TV station “Acts 25” and local channels with Host DJ Blessment, Top Gospel radio station i95.5 hosted by the well known Mr. Ken Simmons and the Perfect 10 alongside DJ Live Strong. Prolific and proficient, with thought provoking lyrics and melodic beats, Brent’s music is anything but plain and ordinary. In fact, his music transcends the norm. It appeals to and grabs the “now generation” as well as the older generation. Brent is bridging the gap between the two and creating unity and connection. As Brent says, “This time is my time to accomplish the will of God and the mandate that has been placed upon my life, which is to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ through music to the people.” – And truly it is. An Eye On Sue
Changing the perspective of dancehall and reggae music is what that drives young talented Suzanne Mwathi but known to many as “Suz-eye” into doing this genre of music to reach all.
Raised in a Christian family with strong belief in Christ and following his word was just a beginning into the raising of a changing young lady with passion to change the different generations to seek Christ and to live for him fully without shame.
Growing up listening to reggae and dancehall music and through it made a change of life’s directions and seeking to follow Christ. Listening to the likes of Christafari, papa san, Avion Blackman was just and opening into the road of music. Having an urge to reach out to the reggae and ragga fanatics through the word of God and bringing hope into their lives, while at the same time painting a positive attitude towards this kind of genre of music that has been viewed negatively for a long time.
Being a young lady doing gospel dancehall and reggae music has had its challenges and negative perspective hence losing sense of direction just to please others. This brought about the creation of the first single ‘My Love’ late last year. Which is a declaration to the lord that he is all that I want in my life and all that I need, because of his unfailing love, not giving up on me when I walked away and hence I give all back to him that is why I choose him to being my love for doing many things in my life.
Early this year suz-eye completed her second single titled “Dance” which is just urging everyone to dance for the lord despite the surrounding of where they are, who is looking but dancing for the Lord for what he has done and not being ashamed of him.
Her vision is to reach all people out there regardless of age and giving them music as a source of healing and leading them to Jesus for eternal healing and love.
Her mission is to never give up despite what cause am a child of a king and am more than a conqueror.
x-hoodz salute Suz-eye for her work in the ministry, her passion for music and for being an inspiration to many young people out there.

Apu’oet’s Pieces
Flowers of Life
Flowers are meant to fruit
Nipping in the bud to abet
To boast a fragrance
Evidence of a sprightly existence
With a sweet heart of nectar
Calling birdies and worker bees to supper
Of silky soft petals and fragility
Of shapes sizes disposition and variety
Of graceful patterns colour and beauty
Some born on thorn and poison
Some gentle to touch, glad to behold
Always looking forward to bloom
Always dreading the imminent and inevitable droop
Graves and epitaphs to be their final place
The arms of the lucky lady to grace
Gladdening hearts at holy matrimonies
However mean, beauty remains
All Cry
All cry
Their tears dry
A smile the try to keep
A beautiful dream as they sleep
All laugh
But hardly enough
Never will halt for those in love
Neither they who lose all they have
Love is…
Love is a war
Fought at heart
Love is a chore
Partaken in delight
Love is a shadow
That looms bright
Love is a hollow
Cordial and infinite
Love is an arrow
Piercing through hurt
Love is a gamble
Sans ardent fright
Love is a sparrow
In soaring flight
Love is a circle
To pledge tight
Love is a sorrow
To rouse the spirit

Apudo believes in the power of the written word to spawn revolutions and pluck at the heartstrings with equal abandon an he finds this creative activity delightful, fueled by an interest in language.
Barely two years, he 1st delved into poetry for personal ends, then share it with close ties and later with J.K.U.A.T poetry/open- mic every Tuesday evening.
